How to Become a Wintergreen Property Owner & Club Member (2008)

Purchase property in Wintergreen or Stoney Creek. (Up to 3 Owners)
Choose a property w/ or Purchase a Right of Membership (WPI/Wtg. Partners Inc.) $14,000
(Most properties have “WPI” and is included in the property purchase price. )
Owners are required to become a WPOA/Wtg. Property Owners Assoc. member (2008 annual cost eff. 2/1/08: $1,116./Improved property-one owner & $740./Unimproved-one owner).
Become a Premier Equity Member by paying a one-time capital contribution of $17,000. Some of the benefits of Club Membership:
- Refundable @ 80% of current price/contribution upon resignation from Club & reissue of Membership to new member;
- Extended family can utilize Resort facilities @ 25% discount;
- Complimentary access to Fitness-Spa-Aquatic facility;
- Ten percent food & beverage discount;
- A Legacy privilege of reissuing a membership to an adult child without the child having to pay an additional capital contribution.
Select an Annual Dues Plan Option that best suits your family’s circumstance. The 2008 Plan costs are listed below (A Plan year is Dec. 1 – Nov. 30, w/ “Early”/discounted dues payable by Nov. 30, of a new Plan year). Note that dues are prorated by season, upon activation of Membership:
- Gold - $4,500: Unlimited golf green fees w/ “Annual Cart Plan @ 10% discounted fee & free range balls; unlimited ski-snowboard lift fees, Member only lift line benefit & unlimited tubing w/ private 9-10 AM access weekends & holidays; unlimited indoor & outdoor tennis; unlimited access to aquatic facilities, including Lake Monacan, as well as access to; Wintergarden Fitness-Spa-Aquatic Center w/ 10% discounted Spa services; 10% discounted Food & Beverage services, including Wine Club purchases and 25% Children’s Programs;discount and 10% F&B services & Spa-Pro Shop merchandise purchases discount.
- Silver Summer Plus - $4,140: Unlimited golf green fees, Annual Cart Plan benefit & free range balls; 25% discounted ski-snowboard lift fees; unlimited outdoor tennis & 25% discounted indoor tennis fees; unlimited access to aquatic facilities, including Lake Monacan, as well as Spa-Fitness-Aquatic Center and 25% Children’s Programs discount and 10% F&B services & Spa-Pro Shop merchandise purchases discount.
- Silver Summer - $3,825: Up to 75 – 18 hole/150 – 9 hole rounds of golf green fees; 25% discounted ski-snowboard lift fees; unlimited outdoor tennis & 25% discounted indoor tennis fees; unlimited access to aquatic facilities, including Lake Monacan, as well as Spa-Fitness-Aquatic Center and Extended Family 25% recreation and 25% Children’s Programs and 10% F&B services & Spa-Pro Shop merchandise purchases discount.
- Silver Winter - $3,420: Unlimited ski-snowboard lift fees & Member only lift line benefit; unlimited outdoor tennis & 25% discounted indoor tennis fees; 25% discounted golf green fees and unlimited access to aquatic facilities, including Lake Monacan, as well as Spa-Fitness-Aquatic Center and Extended Family 25% recreation and 25% Children’s Programs and 10% F&B services & Spa-Pro Shop merchandise purchases discount.
- Bronze - $1,580: Twenty-five percent discount on use of all recreation facilities and Extended Family 25% discounted recreation facilities and 25% Children’s Programs and 10% F&B services & Sap-Pro Shop merchandise purchases discount.
